Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary depending on:

- Your delivery location

- Product availability

- Selected shipping method

 

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

 

Estimated Lead Times (After Processing):

- Canada: 2–7 business days

- United States: 5–10 business days

- International (Rest of World): 7–21 business days

 

Please note that delivery estimates are subject to change during high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales events.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping speed, and the weight/size of your order.

 

- Domestic (Canada): Free shipping on orders over CAD $150 (before taxes).

- USA & International: Shipping fees are dynamically calculated based on your location and package weight.

 

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country’s border authorities.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 p.m. MST may be processed the next business day.

 

Backordered or pre-order items will ship as soon as they become available. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately to avoid delays.

International Shipping Notes

We ship to most countries worldwide. If you do not see your country at checkout, please contact us at hello@thebragirl.ca.

 

Shipping to remote international locations may incur longer delivery timelines or additional fees.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. TheBraGirl is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received:

- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

- We will work with you and the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

In-Store Pickup (Calgary Only)

Pickup orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days. You'll be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
