In-Store Purchases

All In-Store Bra Sales Are Final

Bras that have been professionally fitted and styled in-store are final sale. Once you’ve confirmed satisfaction with fit and style, the final purchase decision is yours, and we celebrate it with confidence!

We do this to ensure:
- The highest hygiene standards are maintained
- The integrity of our personalized fitting experience
- Respect for the intimate nature of lingerie purchases

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on in-store bra purchases that were tried on and styled to satisfaction.

Online Orders (Domestic)

We accept returns and exchanges on certain unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 14 days of delivery for customers within Canada.

Eligible Online Returns Must:
- Be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no deodorant, makeup, or scent transfer)
- Be accompanied by a proof of purchase
- Be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Receive pre-authorization from our customer service team

To begin a return or exchange request, contact us at hello@thebragirl.ca with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Bras that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
- Panties, bodysuits, shapewear, and hosiery (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise

International Orders

Due to customs regulations and shipping limitations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. All international purchases are final sale.

We encourage our international customers to contact us for virtual fit consultations before placing an order to ensure the best possible fit and styling support.

Refunds

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Your Return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as TheBraGirl is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or style (subject to availability). If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Hygiene & Quality Standards

All returns are inspected to ensure they meet our hygiene and quality criteria. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply.
